At Hollys Place I take pride in answering any questions and helping to solve any issues that may come about. If you do have questions or need help/advice I relation to any services or goods then please don’t hesitate to contact me through the contact form! I will respond to you as soon as I can, typically within 2 business days!



Privacy & Safety


At Hollys Place I take the privacy and safety of your personal information seriously and with that all information is kept confidential and only used for the purpose to post your goods or to update you via email on new products/exciting things happening.


Shipping, Returns & Wholesale


All products are packaged and shipped personally by me. All orders will be sent within 3 business days of receipt unless you’re ordering a custom illustration, the turnaround time for custom illustration varies so please email if you’re unsure.


Free postage within Australia with Australia post on all orders over $50.

A flat rate of 9.95 for all orders under $50



Due to the nature of my products I cannot accept exchanges or returns. In the case that your items arrived damaged then please email me with a photo of the damage and I will assist you on hollys-place@outlook.com.au.

Once damage is confirmed then I will explain how to return back to me.
