Subscription boxes are final and aren’t eligible for change of mind returns or exchanges. Although if an item is damaged of had any faults a refund or exchange will be honoured.


Your delivery cost is included in the monthly subscription! No need to worry about anything else. 


You can cancel your subscription at any time through the members area or by emailing me directly. 

You can cancel anytime before your box is sent out, and this will be in the first week of every month. 


Your subscription will be charged on the same day every month! 


Life happens so if you need to pause or cancel unexpectedly please email me and I will be happy to arrange for you!
