Please note that the 1–3-day processing time is not the shipping duration but the time I take to make and prepare your orders.

Domestic orders usually take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on where you are in Australia. International orders take anywhere from 3 to 25 days to arrive.

Returns
Due to the nature of my products I cannot accept exchanges or returns. In the case that your items arrived damaged then please email me with a photo of the damage and I will assist you on hollys-place@outlook.com.au.
